Human Rights Ombudsman to Present 2008 Report

On March 10, Armenian Human Rights Defender Armen Harutyunyan will present his report on the state of human rights in Armenia for the year 2008. Invited to the report's presentation is the foreign diplomatic corps in Armenia, NGO's involved in legal defense issues and members of the Armenian press.
