On March 20, at 11:30 am, photo-journalist Kalust Nanyan will open his one man photo exhibition, dedicated to World Water Day 2009,  at Armenia's State Nature Museum located on Tigran Metz Street #34. The exhibition of Mr. Nanyan's photos and an accompanying booklet are being sponsored by "Yerevan Jur". The exhibit will feature fifty photos taken by Mr., Nanyan, who is also a member of the Ecolur NGO, showing various water resource sites in the Caucasus. The booklet, entitled "Waters of the Caucasus" will familiarize readers with the water resources in Armenia, Georgia and Turkey. Mr. Nanyan stated that, "I hope that the booklet will afford readers the chance to become informed about the water resources we have today, how they are being protected, and what must be done to ensure that they are passed on to future generations so that they too will enjoy this life-giving fluid we call water."
