On April 2, RoA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on releasing former Yerevan Mayor Yervand Zakharyan from the post of adviser to the RoA President and appointing him to the post of Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre. Earlier that same day President Sargsyan signed a decree on releasing Manuk Vardanyan from the post of Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre and appointing him adviser to the president of the Republic of Armenia. According to another presidential decree, Yuri Vardanyan was appointed adviser to the President of the Republic of Armenia.
