RoA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree today appointing Vardan Avanesyan as a judge in the RoA Court of Cassation's Civil and Administrative Chamber. Mr. Avanesyan was relieved of his prior duties as a judge in the Civil Appeals Court.
