Jirayr Sefilian Denied Residency Permit

The RoA Police Department's Division of Passports and Visas has rejected the request of Jirayr Sefilian to be granted a ten-year residency permit, to which foreign nationals of Armenian descent are entitled under Armenian law. The OVIR confirmed today that it has also rejected Sefilian’s application for a one-year residency permit.
