Today, at 2:00 pm, former RoA Military Prosecutor Gagik Jhanangiryan was released from a national security detention facility under the provisions of the newly instituted general amnesty. Mr. Jhanangiryan had been sentenced to three years imprisonment for using physical force against a government official.
