Azeri Delegation Travels to Karabakh

A group of intellectuals from Azerbaijan headed by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, Polad Byul-Byul Oghlu has traveled to Karabakh and is meeting with NKR President Bako Sahakyan. Also in the Azeri delegation are deputies from the Azerbaijani Meli Majlis (Parliament) and Mikhayil Shvedko, a specially appointed representative of President Medvedev.
