Former RoA president, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, today met with U.S. Minsk Group Co-chair Matthew Bryza. The two spoke about the Karabakh settlement process and the state of democracy in Armenia, particularly the plight of political prisoners. The Millennium Challenge Grant was also discussed. Also in attendance was U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, Marie Yovanovitch.
