1,208 Released Under General Amnesty Provisions

As of September 10, 2009, 1,208 individuals have been pardoned and released from Armenian jails under the provisions of the general amnesty passed by the RoA National Assembly earlier this year. This figure has been given by the RoA Court of Cassation’s Public Affairs Service.
