NKR Prime Minister Makes Staff Changes
On November 2, NKR Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan selected National Aviation Association President Dimitry Atabashyan to be his official advisor. It is widely assumed that Mr. Atabashyan will handle issues related to Stepanakert’s airport, now being reconstructed.
PM Haroutyunyan also dismissed Aram Grigoryan as NKR Deputy Minister of Health. In another personnel change, Sergey Ghazaryan was selected as Deputy Chief of Staff for the NKR government and Artur Petrosyan was promoted First Assistant to the Prime Minister.
