According to information from photo-reporter Gagik Shamshyan, Chief of Police Alik Sargsyan has appointed Major Arsen Arshakyan to the post of commander of the second officer's battalion of the traffic police.

The former holder of this position was Commander Stepan Karakhanyan, who was fired after charges of embezzling 57 million AMD were leveled against him.
