Just a few minutes ago, RoA Administrative Court Judge Artzruni Mirzoyan issued a decision instructing the RoA Police Department to grant Nikol Pashinyan an affidavit attesting to the fact that the jailed editor of "Haykakan Zhamanak" has been a resident of Armenia for the past five years. Mr. Pashinyan had gone to court to reverse the decision of the Ijevan branch of OVIR not to provide him with such a document, thus making him eligible to run in the by-election for now vacant seat in the 10th Parliamentary District.
