Central Election Commission Secretary Abram Bakhchagulyan and CEC member Zoya Tadevosyan are presently at the 10/19 polling precinct in Yerevan. The two are attempting to get things sorted out there after the local election committee locked the doors when monitors on the scene reporting vote tally discrepancies. The CEC has yet to issue a public statement regarding the incident.
