Levon Ter-Petrosyan has met with Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, according to a statement released by the Armenian National Congress (HAK). During their meeting, the two discussed the state of Armenian-Turkish relations and the Karabakh conflict settlement process. Also broached was the present state of democracy in Armenia and ways to strengthen democratic institutions in the country. The two also talked about political prisoners in Armenia. Participating in the meeting were HAK representatives Levon Zurabyan and Avetis Avagyan.
