Hasmik Mkrtchyan, Press Secretary at the Ministry of Nature Protection, has denied recent rumors in the media that Minister Aram Harutyunyan has resigned. "Those reports are unfounded and Minister Harutyunyan has no intention of resigning," said Mrs. Mkrtchyan.
