On February 9, President Serzh Sargsyan bestowed Zori Balayan, celebrating his 75 birthday, with the St. Mesrop Mashtots Medal for his long years of public service to the nation. President Sargsyan wished Mr. Balayan continued health and looked forward to his on-going commentary and analysis of issues of public import.
