RoA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree today ordering the 2010 spring draft and demobilization. According to the decree, those male citizens who turn 18 before the draft day, during April-June 2010, as well as those who lost the draft deferment right will be called up for compulsory military and alternative service. In addition, those who have completed the compulsory military service during April-June, 2010 , will be demobilized.
