Armenian, US Presidents Meet in Washington, DC
Today, RoA President Serzh Sargsyan met with US President Barack Obama in Washington DC for approximately forty minutes. The Armenian president is in Washington to participate in the nuclear arms confernce at the invitation of Obama.
The two leaders discussed Armenian-US relations and ongoing efforts to normalize relations between Armenia and Turkey, a key American ally in the Middle East. The Karabakh conflict was also raised during the meeting.
