Hetq attempted to find out why Armenian police released Vladik Seropyan and Gurgen Kilikyan from custody after being arrested for assaulting Argishti Kiviryan, coordinator for the “Armenia Today” news website.

Artzvin Baghramyan, who heads the National Security Service’s Press Department, told Hetq that the case was in the pre-trial examination stage and that they couldn’t release any details on the matter.
