The RoA government has directed the Aragatzotn Regional Governor and the Minister of Culture to jointly delineate municipal land in the community of Saghmosavank to be eventually leased to the Armenian Church on an open-ended and free basis. The official have been given one month to map out the area and a lease agreement with the church must be reached in three months.
