"Prior to every high-level meeting Baku was trying to subvert the talks through provocative statements and threats of war. Seeing that this yields no result, immediately after the high-level trilateral meeting of June 17 the Azerbaijanis moved further to an obvious provocation, " the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian stated, commenting on Azerbaijan’s attempt of subversive act this night. "Immediately after leaving the negotiation room, the Azeri leadership organized an act of sabotage in Martakert region of Nagorno Karabakh. Undertaking an attack under the cover of the night is characteristic of Azerbaijan. This is not the first case," Edward Nalbandian stated. "Several were killed and wounded as a result of the subversive act. It’s obvious that this was a premeditated and planned action. This once again shows the real face of Baku, which is doing everything to fail the process," Minister Nalbandian declared.
