President Sargsyan Starts Visit to United States
RA President Serzh Sargsyan left for the United States today to participate in the 66th session of the UN General Assembly.
President Sargsyan is expected to make a speech at the session and have a meeting with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
While in the U.S., President Sargsyan will take part in celebrations marking the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence in New York and Los Angeles.
On September 27 the Armenian president will leave for France for an official visit. Serzh Sargsyan will have meetings with the top officials of France and will partake in Charles Aznavour’s concert in Olympia Hall of Paris dedicated to the 20th anniversary of independence.
President Sargsyan will then fly to Poland to participate in the EU Eastern Partnership summit.
