NKR President Bako Sahakyan, who left for Lebanon on a working on August 20, has had a busy schedule since arriving in Beirut. The next day, President Sahakyan met with representatives of the Artsakh Fund and the NKR’s Permanent Representative’s office and then travelled to Antelias for a reception hosted by Catholicos Aram I of the Great House of Cilicia. Later on, President Sahakyan met with representatives of Armenian traditional political parties at the Armenian Embassy in Lebanon. Also in attendance was the RoA Minister of the Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan. President Sahakyan has also met with representatives of the Armenian Evangelical Church At the meeting were several other officials from the NKR including Presidential Advisor Armen Isagoulov and Vladik Khachatryan, Minister of Education and Science.
