The Armenian government has given its approval of the president’s recommendation to establish embassies in the Netherlands and Japan. In its statement, the government notes that it is in the national interests of Armenia to do so given that Azerbaijan and Georgia have embassies in these countries and that Japan has opened embassies in Tbilisi and Baku.
