Here are some interesting statistics from the RoA National Assembly. It turns out that the parliament uses some 600-700 kilos (1,300-1,500 pounds) of paper each month. Ahh...bureaucracy in action. The parliament reports that it received 1,518 letters from the public during the months of April and June, of which 423 were addressed to Parliament President Hovik Abrahamyan, 52 to the deputy Presidents and 435 to various parliamentary committees. 608 letters were directed to parliamentary political factions.
