The RA Ministry of Defense announced today that an Azerbaijani citizen, detained earlier this year after crossing over into Armenia, would be handed over to Azerbaijani authorities tomorrow. He handover will take place along a stretch of Ijevan-Ghazakh road on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Defense Ministry says the handover is the result of a recent agreement reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan at Astrakhan and that for humanitarian reasons the name of the detainee will be withheld until the handover.
