Jailed opposition activist and editor of the Haykakan Zhamank newspaper, Nikol Pashinyan, has been transferred to the Artik penitentiary from his present cell in the Kosh detention facility. The Armenian National Congress (HAK) says that Armenia’s Department of Corrections has implemented a more rigid system regarding his detention.
