PM Sargsyan says former minister failed to dicipline head of CES Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan today said that the sacking of Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan was due to the fact he hadn’t disciplined the head of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (CES) as directed It appears that the CES head had allowed for a number of violations to take place in the agency and that Danielyan was instructed to publicly discipline him. PM Sargsyan stressed that it was incumbent on all government department heads to make sure that ethical codes of conduct are maintained and to deal with all breaches by subordinates in a proper and timely manner. PM Sargsyan warned that the government would be taking a much tougher stance in this regard.
