The preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on the car crash by the senior policeman of the RA Police Interpol National Central Bureau Criminal Crimes and International Search Department T.Kalantaryan has been completed in the RA Special Investigation Service. The prosecutor supervising the preliminary investigation of the criminal case had confirmed the bill of indictment. During the preliminary investigation it has been confirmed that on November 7, 2010 at about 01:50 p.m. T.Kalantaryan drove into 4 persons. In particular, T.Kalantaryan in Proshyan street exceeded the speed of his “VAZ 21093” car licensed 68 UU 104 up to 90 km/h, drove the car in an improper and dangerous way and tried to overtake the “Jeep” car having the speed of 70-80 km/h driving in front of him, passed to the opposite direction of the road and drove into the pedestrians T.Margaryan, S.Shahbazyan, G.Avanesova and L.Javakhyan. G.Avanesova and L.Javakhyan died without regaining consciousness as a result of the bodily injures whereas Tsovinar Margaryan and Seda Shahbazyan got grave and medium gravity bodily injuries. On the obtained data T.Kalantaryan has been accused according to the RA Criminal Code Article 242, part 3. The criminal case has been sent to the Court of First Instance of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts.
