70% of Vehicle Owners Get Insurance

As of January 30, some 306,000 of the 434, 233 registered vehicles in Armenia had signed up for mandatory insurance. RA Police also report that 12,853 vehicle owners have applied to withdraw their registration papers, and thus not pay insurance premiums.
