More Lake Sevan Shoreline Slated for Clean-Up

RA Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan today toured the shores of Lake Sevan to inspect the progress of clean-up of forested areas slowly being submerged by the rising waters.
He said that this year 283 additional hectares were targeted for debris removal in the areas of Noratus, Sevan, Martuni, Vardenik and Vardenis. DPM Gevoryan said that 174 hectares of lake shoreline had been cleaned during 2010.
