Yerevan Military Commissar Arrested for Taking $3,900 Bribe

Military police yesterday arrested Colonel Rafayel Zakharyan, who heads the Nor Nork Military Commissariat in Yerevan, after accepting a US$3,900 bribe from a citizen.

Also arrested was Tigran Hovhannisyan, an inspector at the commissariat’s conscription unit.
