French President Hollande to Visit Armenia on May 12
French President Francois Hollande will arrive in Armenia on May 12 on a two day official visit at the invitation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
The two leaders will discuss the strengthening of bilateral cooperation in a number of sectors. Results of the talks will be presented at a joint news conference.
Hollande and Sargsyan will also visit the Tzitzernakaberd Genocide Memorial in Yerevan to pay their respects to the victims of the 1915 Armenian Genocide.
They will then attend a specially organized concert featuring Charles Aznavour.
The two presidents will participate in the officially opening, in Yerevan, of a park named in honor of French-Armenian poet and WW II Nazi resistance fighter Missak Manouchian.
