John Heffernan, the newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, today presented his diplomatic credentials to RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

Minister Nalbandian expressed the hope that Ambassador Heffernan would further the strengthening of U.S.-Armenia relations.

In turn, Ambassador Heffernan noted that the U.S. administration placed great importance on developing comprehensive mutual cooperation with Armenia and promised to do all he could in this regard during his term in office.
