Armenia’s Heritage Party has called for a public rally today at 7pm to protest the latest electricity rate hike.

Labeling the 10% hike as unacceptable when one-third of the country officially lives below the poverty line, Heritage also charges the government with stealing Armenia’s national wealth for the benefit of a small minority.

The rally is scheduled to take place near the Matenadaran (Ancient Manuscript Depository).
