Catholicos Aram I left for Iran this morning to visit the churches and schools under the administrative jurisdiction of the Great House of Cilicia.

The trip will last for two weeks and the Catholicos will travel to Tehran and Nor Jougha.

The Armenian spiritual leader is scheduled to meet with various Iranian state officials as well.
