Prosecutor Demands Six and a Half Year Sentence for Vardan Petrosyan
The prosecutor in the trial of Vardan Petrosyan has demanded that the performance artist be sentenced to six and a half year imprisonment for his involvement in an October 20, 2013 car accident in which two sixteen year old boys were killed and four others were injured.
It is likely that Judge Vaghinak Mkrtchyan will hand down a verdict in the Vardan Petrosyan case on January 23. Marie Lor Doze, Petrosyan's French lawyer, will be in court that day and will speak in defense of her client.
