Armenia’s Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan yesterday made an unexpected visit to a military base in the country in order to see how various military services are organized.

Minister Ohanyan was in the barracks for reveille and followed morning exercises.

Before leaving, Ohanyan made several proposals to base commanders designed to remove shortcomings he noticed during the day.
