Anahit Bakhshyan, a member of the Barev Yerevan faction in Yerevan’s Municipal Council, has called on local authorities to issues an all points bulletin for a couple form the town of Abovyan that disappeared with their children last December.

Bakhshyan, in a letter released today, claims that the three children of Artour Mkhitaryan and Anzhela Petrosyan have not attended school since then. (Bakhshyan says the couple had been expecting a fourth child)

One of the boys is said to have been eligible for compulsory military service.
