Citizens marched through the streets of Vanadzor, Armenia’s third largest city, for the sixth day in a row to protest a recently approved electricity rate hike.

Protester Anahit Karapetyan told Hetq that she and others have been handing out flyers to passersby explaining the content of the protest and to urge people to participate.

Protest participant Martoun Adamyan said they’d be marching until the rate hike is nullified, not postponed.
