Pedestrian Struck by Car and Killed Along Lake Sevan Roadway

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car in Martouni, a town in Armenia’s Gegharkounik Province on the shore of Lake Sevan at around 9pm on August 31.

The driver of the car fled the scene of the accident.

Police are investigating the deadly accident they claim was caused by an infringement of traffic rules.
