Artsakh Soldier Killed in 'Extraordinary Mishap', Ministry Reports

The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that one of its soldiers was killed in what it describes as an “extraordinary mishap” today at a northern military outpost.

The ministry reports that an investigation is underway into the death of Narek Haroutyunyan.
