Artskah Says Azerbaijan Violated Ceasefire 1,200 Times

Over the weekend, Azerbaijan violated the Line of Contact ceasefire some 1,200 times reports the Artsakh Ministry of Defense.

The ministry says that Artskah forces refrained from responding to Azerbaijani machinations.
