Armenia, Artsakh Defense Ministers Tour Line of Contact

Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and Artsakh Minister of Defense Levon Mnatsakanyan yesterday visited several points along the Artsakh Line of Contact to see the situation on the ground first hand.

Ohanyan was shown measures being taken to shore-up defensive positions and related new technologies.
