Giorgi Kutoyan has been appointed head of Armenia’s National Security Service by a decree issued by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

From 2011-2014 Kutoyan served as assistant to the president of Armenia, and on February 3 of this year was appointed a deputy prosecutor general.
