Azerbaijan Fires 1,100 Rounds Last Night Over Line of Contact

Last night Azerbaijani forces fired more than 1,100 rounds of small arms fire across the Line of Contact, this according to the Artsakh Defense Army.

The communique states that Artsakh forces primarily refrained from returning fire.
