The Catholicosate of Cilicia reports that Catholicos Aram I has telephoned Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan for a second time since the outbreak of fighting along the Line of Contact three days ago.

Catholicos Aram I told Sahakyan that the entire diaspora is mobilized alongside Karabakh and is ready to assist in any and all ways.
