Two Arrested in Stepanakert Beating of MP Hayk Khanoumyan

Two residents of Stepanakert turned themselves in today, claiming they participated in the kidnapping and beating of NKR MP Hayk Khanoumyan on June 6, this according to a statement released by local law enforcement.

The two men, militia members, were immediately arrested.

The search continues for Khanoumyan’s other attackers.
