Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) had made the following three demands of the armed group, Sasna Dzrer, that continues to hold hostages at a Yerevan police building it seized on July 17.

The NSS says that while the possibility remains to resolve the standoff peacefully, time is running out.

The demands are:

1 – Immediately stop preventing quality medical assistance to the injured

2 – Immediately release all hostages

3 – Lay down all weapons and surrender to authorities
