Armenia and Greece Seek to Strengthen Relations and Economic Ties

Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan today received Greece’s ambassador to Armenia   Nafsika Nancy Eva Vraila.

According to the prime minister’s website, Karapetyan “expressed a willingness to support any initiative aimed at promoting bilateral ties.”

Ambassador Vraila noted that the two peoples boast historically strong good-neighborly relations, adding that Greece is willing to continue cooperation and to implement joint projects.

The Greek Ambassador commented that a business delegation is expected to visit Armenia next year to get acquainted with our country’s investment opportunities and discuss the prospects of expanding economic ties.
